Abstract

Imam Shatbi's Theory of Ijtihad, a foundational idea in Islamic jurisprudence, is examined analytically in this study. By utilizing a meticulous research approach based on textual analysis and historical contextualization, the study seeks to clarify the nuances of Imam Shatbi's ideas and their relevance to modern legal debate.
