Abstract

This research aims to examine the rights and status of Non-
Muslims in Islamic Jurisprudence. It intends to highlight the
Quranic perspective on the rights of Non-Muslims that how it
emphasizes fair and just treatment towards all individuals especially
Non-Muslims. This research endeavors to spotlight the teachings
and practices of Anbiya-e-Kiram and our Holy Prophet (PBUH)
who promoted the values of respect and spirit of peaceful coexistence
with Non-Muslim communities. This research brings to
attention specific Hadiths where our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
has emphasized social harmony and protection of rights of Non-
Muslim. The significance of this research lies in its deeper
understanding of Islamic perspective on interfaith relations and in
addressing issues of religious tolerance, minority rights and equal
social status.
