Abstract

The Baloch political system was entirely based on tribalism whose internal structure. or the primary organization remained unaltered throughout the ages, save some insignificant variations necessary due to political, military, and social, Economic development tribalism was further cemented with family and clan organization. The cultural space of Sibi obtained renewed dimensions during the 15th century when the famous Baloch Chief Mir Chakar Khan Rind formally regulated the celebrations by enriching its tangible as well as intangible contents. The remnants of his fort, once the citadel of power, and the rich oral tradition, including the classical Balochi literature. Mir Chakar Khan Rind was a political leader and warrior who emerged during the 14th century in Baluchistan, which is now part of Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. This research article highlights important aspects of his political and military career, highlighting his strategic decisions, alliances, and contributions to the history of the region.
