Historical perspectives on the precise location of the Baluch nation have been diverse among historians. When considering the homeland of the Baluch people, the emphasis on their current situation holds more relevance than their historical past. Presently, the Baluch homeland extends across Baluchistan in Pakistan, Baluchistan in Iran, and Baluchistan in Turkmenistan. While in the past, the Baluch people were more dispersed, their enduring presence has been marked by the preservation of their national identity, customs, and culture, regardless of their geographical location. The Baloch nation, with roots dating back to ancient times, has inhabited regions in the Middle East, India, Baluchistan, and Iran since facing invasions by Aryans. Over the course of history, they have been known by different names and organized into tribes, often subject to attacks by foreign forces, leading to fragmentation and instability due to a lack of unified power. This paper aims to elucidate significant viewpoints on the Baloch homeland, offering a comprehensive exploration of historical perspectives. It delves into key aspects that shed light on the complexities of understanding the Baluch nation's historical and geographical context.
