Abstract

Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abi Sahl Sarkhsi (Imam Sarkhsi) holds the status of Hujjat in Hanafi jurisprudence. He is one of the scholars of the fifth century who are called Ayatullah. Imam Muhammad bin Ahmad Sarkhsi was born at the start of the fifth century in Sarkhs, a city in Khorasan. Imam Sarkhsi became famous for the title of Shams Al-Aima, and this title became a part of his name. Imam Sarkhsi studied from the famous scholars of his time. Al-Mabusut al-Sarkhsi has been an authentic and timeless book among scholars and jurists since that time, and jurists and scholars have used it as a reference in every era. This book is considered one of the authentic interpretations of Hanafi jurisprudence. Al-Mabusut by Al-Sarkhisi, which is a description of the book "Al-Kafi" by Imam Hakim Shaheed. Al-Kafi contains the details of Zahir al-Rawiya in its books. Before that, multiple books were written with the title of Al-Masbut, but only the books of Imam Muhammad bin Hasan Al-Shibani and Imam Sarkhsi are famous with this name. Al-Mabsut Al-Sarkhsi simultaneously contains jurisprudence and comparative jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence and rules of jurisprudence. The Imam has collected all the jurisprudential issues in an easy-to-understand text, easy style, explanation and comparison with the arguments of other jurisprudences.
