Concept of Illness and Disability in the Light of Islamic Teachings

Abstract

This research article deals with concept of Quran and Sunnah about illness/diseaseand disability as well as the concepts of the common people of society. When a child born in the society with disability and disease, nonsense persons of society say such a birth is the result of parents' sins. It is a against the justice system of Allah Almighty. Otherwise they say he is suffering from illness or disease cause of his evils. The concept of Quran and Sunnah about illness and disability is thoroughly different. According to The teachings of Quran and Sunnah examine in illness and disability is the source of kindness, closeness, forgiveness of Allah and susses in the world and after death. This article elaborates the illness and disability in individual according to the teachingsof Quran and Sunnah.
