His works bridge the traditional Urdu fiction with contemporary themes, often delving into modern social and psychological issues. Some of his stories vividly portray dialectical struggles, adding depth to the narrative. Despite delving into progressive themes, Nilufar Iqbal maintains a fine balance between ideology and artistic expression, ensuring that the integrity of his craft remains intact. His writing style is characterized by a delicate equilibrium, skillfully blending artistry with storytelling prowess.
