Diplomacy in the context of Islam did not emerge abruptly but rather evolved into a distinctive form since the era of the Prophet of Islam, peace be upon him (PBUH). Islam, a comprehensive doctrine governing various facets of human existence encompassing social, economic, legal, cultural, and political dimensions, holds universal applicability, transcending distinctions of caste, religion, and ethnicity. The foundation of Islam envisions the establishment of a global state founded upon principles of human equality. Within this construct, the principal obligation of the state is to establish and maintain order within the lives of its constituents while ensuring their protection. Diplomacy, an artful instrument of social governance, occupies a pivotal role in contemporary times, where the world is marked by rapid development alongside the persistent display of enmity and coercive application of power among nations. Nonetheless, diplomacy, in its various manifestations, serves as a critical mechanism for fostering amicable relations between international entities and resolving disparities and conflicts through diplomatic negotiations. The diplomacy practiced by the Holy Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, was characterized by a matchless display of sagacity, political acumen, and strategic success. Endowed with the universal attributes of an exemplary constitution, it continues to offer guidance to humanity until the culmination of time. In the pursuit of global peace and security in the present age, the imperative lies in the implementation of principles rooted in equity and justice. Consequently, there exists an urgent necessity for the amelioration of society.
