The term "Ilm al-Mukhasimah" refers to the discussion and debate in the Holy Quran regarding four deviant sects: Jews, Christians, polytheists, and hypocrites. This includes other false sects and religious communities that do not adhere to the concepts and beliefs outlined in the Quran. The essence of "Ilm al-Mukhasimah" includes argumentation, debate, discussion, and dialogue. It aims to confront different religions or sects. The Quran discusses the religions of these four major groups and criticizes their false beliefs, doubts, suspicions, and objections. In Maulana Wahiduddin Khan's commentary "Tazkir al-Qur'an," a critical analysis of the mention of controversial sciences in the context of "Ilm al-Mukhasimah" is presented. The commentary highlights the mention of verses from the Meccan chapters related to the subject matter of "Ilm al-Mukhasimah," emphasizing Maulana Wahiduddin Khan's clarification of the meanings by extracting the interpretive aspects. Criticism is also provided on various points of these interpretive aspects to evaluate Maulana Wahiduddin Khan's perspective, and the outcome of these discussions is articulated.
