A research based study of the characteristics of Al-Hidayah

Abstract

This research paper examines the characteristics of the famous fiqh book, Al-Hidayah, by Marghinani. The paper aims to explore the structure, content, and influence of the book, as well as its contribution to the body of knowledge. The research questions are: what are the main characteristics of Al-Hidayah? How has Al-Hidayah influenced Islamic jurisprudence?
