Abstract

Rhetoric is one of the sciences of the Arabic language that helps in understanding the Holy Qur’an and highlighting its meanings, secrets, and jokes. We find the aspects of rhetoric in the Qur’anic verses, verbally and in structure, because the rhetorical phenomena include similes and metaphors of various types. It is found frequently in the Holy Quran. The Qur’an is a miracle because the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, challenged the Arabs with it, and they were unable to oppose it despite their long history of eloquence and eloquence, and it was in a language they could speak with. Its similarity to its pronunciation, its structure, its style, its guidance, its influence, and its sciences: There are three types of rhetorical sciences: the science of meanings, the science of the exquisite, and the science of rhetoric, of which I have defined the science of statement, including similes, and metaphor in the Holy Qur’an (Surat An-Nisa). The relationship of eloquence to the Holy Qur’an is very close, as the Holy Qur’an is considered the highest level of eloquence and the most wonderful examples of eloquence.
