Abstract

The society in which a person lives has certain rights that are required of him. These rights are called social duties. In modern societies, much attention is paid to taking one's rights and protesting for it, but not much attention is paid to performing one's duties to give rights to others. In Islam, this order is reversed. Man is required to perform his duties first, then demand his rights. If every member of the society pays attention to the rights of others, then every person will get his rights easily. Islam is not only limited to worship, but also instructs a Muslim society to follow the path on which the greatest benefactor of humanity, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), worked the most for human rights. In the article under review, various sections of the society have been informed about their morals, rights and responsibilities in the light of Sirat Tayyaba ﷺ and some important and basic rights have been mentioned among these rights.
