Abstract

Sexual instinct is a natural process in humans and animals, humans go towards marriage to fulfill this natural need, while animals go towards the forbidden to fulfill this nature. Arriage is encouraged, and marriage is also made a means of love among humans, while celibacy is forbidden so that the society does not turn towards sin. Marrying is a sunnah, at the beginning of the article, the literal and terminological definition of marriage is listed according to the Qur'an and Sunnah. has been mentioned.
