Following the passing of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), obedience to "Ulil Amr" represents the true path forward. These revered figures exemplify the highest virtues within the community, making them its most esteemed members. They transcend factional interests, prioritizing justice and fairness above all else, guided by Quranic wisdom and the Prophet's exemplary conduct. Their transparent integrity underscores their pivotal role. Without them, the community languishes; their revival or reform is essential for its resurgence.
