This research paper aims to elucidate the crucial aspects of writing, researching, and describing problem-solving as the pressing need of the time. The tribal society faces major crimes, notably human murder, driven by trivial reasons. Due to tribalism and ignorance, this issue persists for centuries. The Jirga, composed of tribal Elders, intervenes to reconcile conflicts, often involving compensation and marriage arrangements. This article delves into the Shariah punishment for murder and the settlement of murder from a detailed Shariah perspective. Allah Ta’ala granted humans a superior status and appointed them as His vicegerents on earth. Despite this honor, humans bear responsibilities and live within certain limits. Allah considers unjust killing as the destruction of humanity and emphasizes the value of saving a single life. This article explores Shariah perspectives on murder and its consequences. The research identifies factors such as indiscriminate weapon use, ignorance of punishments, tribalism, and a distorted view of masculinity as contributing to the problem. Solutions include weapon prohibition, awareness of Islamic teachings, severe penalties for murder, and enforcement of Sharia limits.
